Molds making
Make molds according to customer needs or drawings.

Sample production
Make samples according to customer’s requirements or drawings.

Sample measurement report
Use CMM to measure and provide accurate dimensional reports.
STEP 08
Customer sample confirmation
The samples and measurement reports are sent to the customer for confirmation. Once the confirmation is completed, the proposal is closed and waiting for the formal order.

Purchasing Raw Materials
Purchase raw materials according to order quantity.

Semi-Finished Products Produced By Cooperative Factories
Semi-finished products are produced by third parties according to the order quantity.

Semi-Finished Product Processing
After the semi-finished product is inspected and confirmed, it will be processed according to the drawing.

Welding
After all parts are inspected and confirmed, welding is carried out according to the drawings.

Paint
Paint jobs are carried out according to customer needs.

Assembly
Assemble the finished product according to the drawing.

Shipping
After proper packaging, the goods are loaded into the container and shipped on time.
